Terms and Conditions of Service
We will not be held responsible in any way for your failure to read the following terms and conditions of use, so please be sure to carefully read them before engaging any of our services. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are in agreement with and are bound by the below statements. We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

We accept PayPal and local bank (UnionBank & BDO) payments. We require a 50% down payment in U.S. Dollars (or its equivalent in your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates that day) for theme orders, with the rest of the payment to be handed over before we install the theme to your site. For branding and maintenance services, full payment up front is required.
By submitting a maintenance care package order, you agree to have us initiate a PayPal Billing Agreement where invoices for the purchase of our maintenance services will be sent to you at your chosen intervals (quarterly, semi-annually or yearly). This invoice should be settled before the end of the month in order for your website to get uninterrupted maintenance care. Failure to settle invoice will automatically stop all maintenance services from us.
All communication will be through email. During the design phase, we require that you constantly check your email for a question or request from us. If we don’t receive an answer from you at the beginning of the design process within forty-eight hours, your theme order will be placed at the bottom of the queue and we will immediately start on the next client on the list. If you have been put on the bottom of the queue twice already due to non-answering of your emails, your down payment will be automatically forfeited and you will have to make a down payment again to secure a place on the waiting list once more.
With all the themes we make, we leave a single link to our portfolio page at the bottom of the blog. The link should be left intact, UNALTERED and NEVER removed, as it is one of the ways new clients find us. You may never claim the codes as your own. However, if you really want to remove our credit in the footer, we will have to charge an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
We reserve all rights to display the themes we make in our portfolio, sister sites and advertising materials. Testimonials from clients may be posted on several sections of this site.
SINGLE SITE USE
The themes you order from us may only be used for a single blog. Should you wish to use the same template for additional blogs you own, you will have to pay an additional $100 per blog that you want to have the theme installed. You may NOT sell, reproduce or give away themes you ordered from us without our express permission.
REVISIONS & SUPPORT
For add-ons orders: Up to THREE revisions are allowed. Any revision beyond that will be charged an extra amount depending on the complexity of the edits.
For design packages: Reasonable revisions within the design phase is free. The operative term here is reasonable, meaning a justifiable number of edits. However, if you request a major overhaul after you have already approved of the design, we will charge a per hour rate ($50 per hour) for time spent revising. Layout style change after we have coded your original layout style order/request will be charged an additional $100. Revision requests to the design AFTER the theme is installed will be entertained, but at a cost of $50 per hour. However, any errors on our part will be corrected free of charge, even after the theme has been installed. So please report known bugs to us immediately.
Support for the theme is free for the first week after the theme has been installed to your blog. Support outside the one-week period will be charged $50 per hour. Note that we only provide support for design-related queries.
Although we personally back-up your old blog design before installation, we strongly suggest that you, too, save a back up of your template. If there’s one thing that you can’t have too many of, it’s a back-up file. We will not be liable for any failure to back-up on your part.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Payments for our services are non-refundable, should you withdraw your order after payment, or while in the waiting list, or change your mind in the middle of the design phase and decide to withdraw from the design project. There will be no exceptions.
Squeesome Design Studio is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the design-related information we collect from you. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
